Obsessed with the idea that all good conversation happens around a kitchen table. HAY Group Loop Stand series. The trestle legs are also sold separately.  Sigh.  I think IKEA has something in the way of trestle legs?  Edited to add: Indeed they do: the VIKA LERBERG (a Swedish Chef name if I ever heard one). They’re made of powder-coated steel — though dimensions and price tag ($10 per) make me wonder how sturdy they are? Sturdy enough for a dining table?
